The bookings of the Apartment (Cottage or Apartments) can be made by phone, fax or e-mail, at our addresses, or directly on our website: www.deltabluitalia.itThe reservation is nominative and as such is considered valid exclusively for persons whose personal data are indicated in the booking contract.
Upon receipt of the reservation request, Delta Blu will send the customer the reservation offer which will indicate: the type of accommodation, the dates of arrival and departure, the exact amount of the stay, the payment methods of the deposit (equal at 35% of the total cost) and the balance.
The estimate must be verified in the content, by the customer and confirmed for acceptance via internet.
The customer who wishes to make the booking of the stay, must proceed to pay the deposit within 7 days of receipt of the estimate by bank transfer.
The total balance must be paid on the day of arrival, at the Delta Blu Reception, before entering the accommodation, as follows:
- credit / debit card;
- balance transfer, to be carried out by the date of arrival.
With the confirmation of the booking and the payment of the deposit, the booking contract will be considered concluded and as such will be binding.
TOURIST TAX: to pay at your arrival, € 0,30 each person a day for a maximum of 14 days, Kid's up to 12 years are free
The price of this tax may vary, depending on the requests of The Minicipality
ATTENTION: the failure to observe the payment terms, above, will determine, the termination of the contract.
Upon arrival at the Delta Blu Residence Village, the client must present himself at the reception with his booking confirmation, provided with an identity card or identification document, and with a social security number.
The guest guest in the housing units will have to deposit on arrival, as a deposit, the sum of € 100,00 that will be returned to the return of the keys of the housing unit, if everything will be in order. The control of the dwelling will take place on the day of departure.
The accommodation booked will be available to customers from 16.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 09.30 am on the day of departure. If the customer does not arrive at the Delta Blu Residence Village by 09.30 am the next day established in the reservation, without giving any communication, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and give it to third parties.
Requests for cancellation of confirmed reservations must be submitted in writing, (e-mail). If the customer can not take advantage of the holiday, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the summer season.
In case of cancellation the customer will be reimbursed of the deposit or part of it according to the following terms:
- within 30 days from the beginning of the stay, the full sum minus the administrative expenses of € 25.00 will be refunded.
- 80% of the deposit will be withheld within 15 days from the beginning of the stay.
- no refund will be made after this deadline.
CANCELLATION FOR COVID-19:
If due to Covid-19 it is not possible to take advantage of your holiday due to the impossibility of movement on our or your territory you will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid, or if you prefer a voucher to be used in this season 2020 or 2021
